Emil, our production and processing manager, helped design and build a feather drying machine.

As a reward for his innovation, inspiration and hard work, we presented Emil with a certificate of appreciation and a pair of Ostrich shoes which he had had his eyes on for a while.

The award and shoes were much deserved.
