Hi Steve

I trust this note finds you well.

I'd like some help and assistance please, with some fertile eggs and
young chicks. As you know, we have a large database of clients - over
11,000 and many are looking for a good, regular supply of livestock.

My clients require a regular supply of both eggs and chicks - in Europe,
Asia and South America. I am also pursuing inquiries in the Middle East.

On 20th November I am meeting with a number of them at the AOA
convention in Utah, USA and I would like to have a firm quotation from
you for the following:-

Preferred species is African Black. If you have other species available
please let me know.

Prices required for:-

100 x fertile eggs
500 x fertile eggs
1,000 x fertile eggs
5,000 x fertile eggs

100 x day old chicks
500 x day old chicks
1,000 x day old chicks

50 x  10 week old chicks
100 x 10 week old chicks
500 x 10 week old chicks
1,000 x 10 week old chicks

Let me know if the eggs are guaranteed fertile and what the
procedure is for the client to get any infertile eggs replaced.

Please quote prices in US Dollars, delivered to the local International
airport, including all documentation, CITES, export certificate,
crates, boxing and packaging.

Include every cost involved in getting the livestock to the airport - we
can work out the international transportation costs on a per job basis.

I generally charge a commission of $5 per egg, $10 per day old chick and
$20 for 10 week old chicks on smaller orders. On larger orders in excess
of 500 eggs or chicks my fee is somewhere around $3, $7.50 and $15
respectively, and please let me know whether your price includes or
excludes my fee.

Payment of all livestock will be by L.C. or wire transfer prior to any
livestock leaving the country.
